As part of Suria Muhabat Sdn Bhd’s (SMSB) commitment to demonstrate exemplary corporate governance standards, SMSB has emplaced the Whistleblowing Policy where any individuals, employee, vendor, counterparty, supplier, or agent of the SMSB or public can report, alleged irregularities regarding any misdeeds or malpractices within SMSB.
Individuals will be able to raise concerns about illegal, unethical, or questionable practices in confidence and without the risk of reprisal.
Scope Of Whistle- Blowing
This Policy governs the disclosures, reporting, and investigation of misconduct within the Company as well as the protection offered to the persons making those disclosures from detrimental action in accordance with the Whistle-blower Protection Act 2010.
The scope of the policy applies to SMSB’s staff, Board members, and other stakeholders.

The Policy provides a secure mechanism for employees and individuals to raise concerns (with an option to remain anonymous), which are appropriately and independently investigated, addressed, and reported to the Board of Audit Committee (BAC).
