What's the procedure if my transaction is more than RM3000?

According to BNM guideline, all money changing transactions equal or more than RM3000 requires the customer to present their NRIC or passport for record purpose.

Do you accept refund if I'm not happy with your rate?

All refund transaction will be treated as buying rate according to the currency being refunded.

Is my data protected?

Yes, your data is protected under PDPA ACT 2010 which among others prohibits the information to be disseminated to third party.

Can I transact on behalf of someone or an entity

For Individual:

Yes, if amount is less than or equal MYR 20,000, you have to provide the detail of beneficiary owner such as name, IC no, nationality, date of birth, address and purpose of transaction.

No, if amount is more than MYR 20,000

For Company:

Yes, provided the company opens an account with us and issues letter of authorisation designating you to transact on behalf of the company.
