Suria Muhabat Sdn Bhd, (“SMSB”) or as appropriate in the context, “we”; “us”; or “our”) respects the privacy of our users and customers (“you”, “your”) and we are committed to protecting your privacy. whether or not you are an SMSB customer (“Customer”), a customer who has signed up for our website or a visitor onto our website (“Visitor”). SMSB is
committed to protect every individual’s privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out how SMSB, will handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and other Laws of Malaysia.


SMSB shall not, as a condition of providing services to you, require your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data beyond what is reasonable to provide you with the services. As part of our continuous efforts to keep you informed on our new services, we may contact you via mail, email, telephone, SMS, or by any other means. You have the option to decline any or all of these communications by following the instructions included in these communications, or by contacting us directly.


SMSB will collect information and document containing the following information of the Data Subject as follows:

b. NRIC/Passport number
c. Residential address or correspondence address
d. Email address
e. Contact details
f. Services usage / transaction history
g. Computer IP address,
h. Date and time the Customer access the Services

when the Customer registers to the Service and/or use SMSB services (collectively, the “Personal Data”), directly from the owner of such Personal Data (the “Data Subject”,
including without limitation the Customer, persons privy to the Customer’s use of the Service such as the beneficiary of the remittance order) and/or from third party sources available to SMSB.


SMSB will use and disclose the Personal Data for the following purposes: –

1. For performance of a contract.

2. To facilitate SMSB in providing and delivery of any services to the Customer, which may include but not limited to carrying out transactions the Customer has requested e.g., money transfers, and which will assist SMSB in improving and developing these services mentioned;

3. To analyse customer’ activities and patterns and consumer behaviour to help improve SMSB’s services towards the customers.;

4. To identify and verify the customers, the general organisation and management of the customer’s account, the information the customers provides and to operate the Service generally.;

5. To send the customers with marketing communications such as advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Service provided.;

6. To process customers personal data in a fair and lawful manner and SMSB will be clear and transparent on how we process your personal data.

7. To those countries which may have differing data protection legislation, SMSB ensure that it will always meet its local legal and regulatory obligations.


SMSB will not sell, rent, or license any personal data that we have collected from any individual. SMSB does not disclose any personal data for any secondary purpose unless your consent has been granted or if permitted or required under the PDPA, or any other application laws or regulations. From time to time, we may collaborate with third parties to organise joint marketing and promotional campaigns, offers or contests, and may require disclosure of your information to such third parties.

Please note that the use of the Internet and/or our Platforms cannot be made entirely secure, and we therefore are unable to guarantee the security or integrity of any Personal Data which is transferred from you or to you via the Platforms. You undertake to bear the risks of any transfer.


We will cease to retain your Personal Data when the purposes for which we collected your Personal Data have ceased and/or when we are no longer required to continue retaining your Personal Data for any legal or business purposes.

Collection Time11am - 7pm

We will contact you to confirm your booking rate based on our published rate. To secure the rate, you need to pay a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount in RM value or RM500 (whichever is lower) within the given timeframe. If we don't receive the deposit within the specified timeframe, our published rate on the day of collection will apply.
