Responsibilities:
- To assist in preparing and submitting Independent Audit report to the Board Audit Committee (BAC) to highlight the assessment on the effectiveness of AML/CFT measures any inadequacy in internal controls and procedures and recommendations for improvement.
- To assist in checking and testing the compliance with, and effectiveness of the AML/CFT policies procedures and internal controls.
- To assist Head of Audit to conduct regular review of the adequacy and effectiveness of the AML/CFT policies procedures and internal control system.
- To assess regularly whether current measures are in the line with the latest developments and changes of the relevant AML/CFT requirements.
- To perform ad hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required by the Audit Committee/ Senior Management.
- To assist in planning, execution and follow-up of internal audit assignments on business operations including compliance of company internal policies and standard operation procedures such as cash management, customer services and security at the branches.
- To ensure staff compliance with regulatory requirements under AML/CFT and other applicable laws and regulations.
- To assist Head of Audit to assess the effectiveness of the Compliance program of the Company.
To have a good analytical/critical thinking ability and a quality report writing skills.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline and/ or professional qualification.
- Good analytical/ presentation/ interpersonal skill with an eye for detail.
- Experience in Internal Audit about 2 years’ experience will be an added advantage but fresh graduates are most welcome to apply as guidance will be provided.

- Able to communicate well in both written and oral English.
- Willing to travel to our outstation branches (within Malaysia – Peninsular) to perform branches audit.
